Is the square foot rate monthly or annual?+
The provided rate card does not say. This calculator currently assumes it is an annual rate and prorates shorter leases. The client must confirm this before launch.
How is the VAT calculated?+
The calculator adds a 5% service fee to the workspace subtotal, then applies 5% VAT to that combined amount. Desk prices do not include VAT.
Do flexi and dedicated desks have shorter plans?+
The supplied desk pricing is fixed for one year. Ask the centre if you require a different term.
Is this a confirmed lease offer?+
No. The estimate is based on the rate card and your selected options. Reception must confirm space, final contract terms and any other charges.
