What is included in a serviced office?

Your office comes furnished. Centre facilities include internet, utilities, reception, cleaning, shared printing and access to meeting spaces. Inclusions vary by centre and contract, so we list them in your written quote.

Can I use your office address for my trade licence?

Many of our office and desk arrangements can be used for licensing, subject to your activity, licence authority and the selected plan. We confirm the requirement before you sign.

Do your office packages include Ejari?

Ejari support is available for eligible commercial lease and desk packages. Ask us to confirm whether registration and any authority charges are included in the quote.

How much is a flexi desk in Dubai?

Our flexi desk plan is AED 7,000 per desk for one year before the service fee and VAT. The calculator gives a full estimate.

How much is a dedicated desk in Dubai?

Our dedicated desk plan is AED 12,000 per desk for one year before the service fee and VAT. Ask the centre about the included facilities and licence support.
